Lara Morgan: Okay. I spent awful lot of time living life. What you don't wanna do is spend any time regretting. Team is everything. Absolutely. You're not gonna do this alone. I mean, if it gets the job done, just 'cause it's not your way, learn that it doesn't bloody matter. You cannot learn if you're not making mistakes. If you are surviving and keeping the lights on, you will thrive because you're years ahead of the person that's still a startup. What's the worst thing that can happen? Lara,

Aleksandra King: Oh … Lara Morgan:, with a Dale Carnegie course about this thing where you can write the as is versus the should be, right? And you, you kind of class where you wanna be in five years' time in writing, and then you go, "So where are we now?" But- Yeah … you know, whatever is, the effort, it, it, team is everything. And, you know- It's important … you're not gonna do this alone. So, so-

Lara Morgan: It's, but I mighta got it wrong. You just have some- Mm. It's not, so what? Why doesn't- Yeah … why don't we all live by that Dale Carnegie saying, "What's the worst thing that can happen?" Because the truth is, and very sadly at the moment, is usually somebody doesn't die Right? And it's disproportionately-

Aleksandra King: Okay
