Putting yourself and your business out there means some people will not like it, and Lara Morgan, serial entrepreneur and wellness brand investor, founder of Pacific Direct, is direct about the cost of caring too much. Her point is not bravado. It is arithmetic: not everybody is going to love you, somebody might, and life is too short to price your work by the opinion of strangers.

Lara Morgan: Really- Don't you think I'm afraid?

Aleksandra King: No, of course.

Lara Morgan: I've been through those emotions. My heart's jumping- Yeah … out of my chest. I shook in the reception.

Lara Morgan: Look, nobody's, not everybody's going- Mm … to love you. There's apparently eight billion people. Yeah. Some of them might like you. Some. Some of them might love you. Yeah, true. You can't shag all of them. No. Just get on with it.

Aleksandra King: Yeah, yeah. Life's too short.

Lara Morgan: Right. Yeah. So laugh to, laugh at life. Mm. Know there's rules. Yeah. Just because, you know, of course, I've ruffled feathers and- Mm … some people find me too direct. Mm. I'm like, you know what-
