Aleksandra King: No, no. Yeah. Oh. Okay, so for people listening, what's the, what's the message you wanna leave to, to people? We've got all kinds of people. We've got people in, in jobs they might like or really dislike, people that are thinking about starting a business. If you're in a job

Lara Morgan: You don't like, stop whingeing and move.

Aleksandra King: Yeah.

Lara Morgan: But it's tough at the moment.

Aleksandra King: Wanting to start a business?

Lara Morgan: Um- What are you waiting for? What's the worst thing that can happen? Don't live in a world of regret.

Aleksandra King: In a business, but think afraid to scale or, or

Lara Morgan: Stop them Stop being an idiot. You can't do it on your own. Stop being an idiot. Well, I mean, you're not gonna do it on your own. Yeah. You can't scale a business- Yeah … as a one-man band.

Aleksandra King: Okay.

Lara Morgan: There are only 24 hours in the day, and by the way, consultants are screwed because of AI.

Aleksandra King: Yeah.

Lara Morgan: So they better find a different way.

Aleksandra King: Okay. And, um-

Lara Morgan: And always look after the finances, which I've, you know, I've said forever.

Aleksandra King: Always look after the finances. That's a good one.

Lara Morgan: Well-

Aleksandra King: That's a good one … Lara Morgan: know your numbers. Yeah.

Lara Morgan: Know your numbers. I mean, our cashflow might be extremely tight, and I might have to beg the odd supplier to give me a bit of breathing space.

Aleksandra King: Mm.

Lara Morgan: But we will duck and dive and find a way through.
