Corrections policy

We correct errors quickly and visibly.

Reporting an error. Email the editorial address on our About page with the piece URL and the issue. Anyone may report an error: readers, guests, shows, producers.

What happens next.

• We review every report against the source material.
• Factual errors are corrected in the piece, and a dated correction note is added at the foot of the piece describing what changed.
• Errors of naming or identity are treated as priority corrections.
• Where a piece's premise is found unsound, we say so in the note rather than quietly rewriting.

Requests from rights-holders and subjects. If you believe our coverage of your show or your appearance oversteps fair dealing, or you want material reviewed for another reason, use the same address. Coverage-class pieces are independent editorial analysis: quotation is brief and attributed, media is embedded from the source, imagery is our own. We will review any request against those standards promptly, correct what fails them, and explain our reasoning where we decline. Takedown requests are logged, reviewed by the publisher, and answered.
