This page is for rights-holders, shows, guests and their representatives.

Our position. Coverage-class pieces on BEYONDai are independent editorial analysis of published episodes. They quote briefly and with attribution within UK fair dealing for the purposes of criticism and review, embed video only via the source's own standard YouTube embed, and use imagery we designed ourselves. Partner-show material is published with permission. We believe this sits squarely within fair dealing, and we also believe rights-holders deserve a clear, answered route to challenge us.

How to raise a request. Email the editorial address on our About page with: the piece URL, who you are and your connection to the material, and what you are asking for (correction, amendment, removal).

What we will do.

• Log the request and acknowledge it.
• Review the piece against our editorial standards: fair-dealing quotation, embed-only media, own imagery, verified naming, accuracy.
• Fix anything that fails those standards, with a dated note per our corrections policy.
• Where the piece meets our standards and we decline removal, we will say so and explain why.
• Requests concerning a person's identity or naming are treated as priority.

What we will not do. We do not remove accurate, fairly-made coverage simply because a subject would prefer not to be covered; that is what independent coverage means.
